Incorporated in 1985, Tokojaya Sdn Bhd (198501015976) ("Tokojaya") developed the Api Api Centre in joint venture with a Sabah Urban Development Corporation.
This comprehensive township was successfully completed with its unique design and concept comprised Menara MAA, Api Api Centre (with shops and apartments), Marina Court Resort Condominium and Promenade Hotel. Tokojaya through its subsidiaries and associated companies are still engaging in construction, property management, car park operator and hospitality as its core businesses. Colonnades Condominium was also completed by Tokojaya through its subsidiary, Colonnades Property Sdn Bhd. Some of the tenanted residential and commercial units that Tokojaya used to hold as investment are now opened and available for sales or rent.
